"Quick and easy checkout overall"
I ordered from Justmylook and the checkout was straightforward. The pages loaded without any hassle, my payment went through first time, and I liked that the delivery options were shown clearly before I paid.
The only thing I noticed was that my basket didn’t update straight away when I changed the quantity, so I had to double check it. Maybe the site was just being a bit slow at that moment, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Packed really well"
My order from justmylook.com turned up really well packed. The box felt sturdy and everything inside was kept in place, which was a relief because I had a couple of bottles in there and I always worry they’ll roll around or leak.
Everything was clean, no dents, no spills, no weird mess to deal with. i was impressed. Then suddenly I was like, why can’t every company just pack things like this? Not loads of pointless packaging either, just enough to keep it safe. I’d happily order again.

I used a code and got my order for less than I expected, so yeah, I was happy with that. Most of the time the discounts are actually worth trying. Anyway, back to being dramatic about shipping times, but the savings were good.

I had to send something back because I picked the wrong shade, so that part was on me. The return form was straightforward and I appreciated getting email updates along the way. The refund took a few days longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, it did come through without any issues. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d be happy to order again.

"Damaged item and slow to sort out"
One of the items in my order arrived cracked and had leaked all through the box. I sent photos over straight away but it took way too long to get a proper response. They kept asking me for details I had already sent which was frustrating. It did get sorted in the end but it was a lot more hassle than it should of been.

"Seems legit to me"
I ordered my usual shampoo and a perfume from justmylook, everything seemed totally genuine. The packaging looked exactly like the ones I’ve bought before, and the perfume lasted the same as my old bottle. Random side note, I’m always a bit suspicious ordering beauty stuff online because I once got a dodgy skincare product from somewhere else and never forgot it, but no problems here at all. Would happily order again.

"Delivery took longer than it should have"
I get that delays can happen, and I try to be fair about that, but this order arrived much later than expected. I wouldn’t have minded as much if there had been better communication along the way. Overall, I was disappointed with the delivery experience.

They did sort out my complaint in the end, but it took way too long. I spent ages waiting in the queue before anything really happened, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ll give them credit—the products actually feel decent for the price, and I haven’t had any issues so far. What annoys me is how many other companies charge way more for stuff that doesn’t feel any better. Feels like we’ve been getting ripped off elsewhere.
